Who qualifies

  • You have Medicare Part B
  • You live in Florida
  • You have symptoms of depression (PHQ-9 score of 10 or higher) or anxiety (GAD-7 score of 10 or higher)
  • You are 18 or older

Common questions

Is this really free?
For eligible Medicare beneficiaries, yes. Dr. Russell's practice has elected to waive the beneficiary coinsurance that would otherwise apply. You will never receive a bill from us.
What does "participating provider" mean?
Dr. Russell's practice has applied to deliver this Medicare behavioral health program called ACCESS. She is the clinician responsible for your care within MPowerMe during your 12-month period.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can enroll directly with us, or follow a referral from your doctor. Both paths are equally valid.
What if I already see a therapist?
Keep seeing them. MPowerMe is designed to work alongside traditional therapy, not replace it. Your weekly summary is something you can bring to your next session.
What data do you collect?
Only what you agree to share. We do not store anything you have not explicitly asked us to store. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Dr. Russell's practice is a covered entity under HIPAA. Your records are encrypted, access-controlled, and never sold or shared with data brokers.
